I like both Crossfire and To The Max.
I tried the Crossfire low impact pre-mix and wasn't really wild about it so then just tried it straight through with a couple of modifications and really liked it.
Love To The Max!!!

I did Crossfire today after eyeing it for a long time. One of Cathe's best!!! If she puts out more like this I will certainly be a return customer!!! Loving it. Thumbs up!

I just pulled Cross Fire off my shelf today and decided it was going to be THE workout of the day. I'm between rotations so I'm just eyeing the packed workout shelves and grabbing whatever looks interesting.

I forgot how tough this one can be. The intensity really never lets up throughout the whole workout. I thought I was at the end of the workout and then she throws in a couple of more tabatas. Recently I have been going for shorter workouts but this one (done as produced) clocks in at 55 min. My face was red and my clothes were soaked. After looking through this old thread now I'm gonna have to get it out again and take a peek at the ab section. That'll have to be an add on for another day though since I think I'm done for today.

It's funny this thread popped up. I did To the Max on Sunday. I had taken a 2 year break from Cathe (nothing against her, I just needed a break). For some reason, I selected this workout. Wow. Sweaty McSweatfest. What a welcome back.
