I just pulled Cross Fire off my shelf today and decided it was going to be THE workout of the day. I'm between rotations so I'm just eyeing the packed workout shelves and grabbing whatever looks interesting.
I forgot how tough this one can be. The intensity really never lets up throughout the whole workout. I thought I was at the end of the workout and then she throws in a couple of more tabatas.
Recently I have been going for shorter workouts but this one (done as produced) clocks in at 55 min. My face was red and my clothes were soaked. After looking through this old thread now I'm gonna have to get it out again and take a peek at the ab section. That'll have to be an add on for another day though since I think I'm done for today.
