Her one body part CTX series was very high rep. I really wanted a heavier weight/lower rep one body part series. I ended up using the CTX upper body workouts all at once.
Of course, with her chaptering, you can divide many of her weight workouts, but I'd like something a bit longer so I could work on certain muscle groups.
I'll take a wait and see approach. I no longer buy entire series from Cathe.
