3/2 - dog walk
30 Min. Power Zone Endurance Pop Ride w/ Olivia GHU Interval Walk Express 3/3 - We spent the morning at Longwood Gardens, lots of walking! Barre3 Cardio Focus w/ Jordan dog walk The weather here has greatly improved, so we decided to take advantage of it by walking around Longwood. It was also nice to walk through their large conservatory and check out all the plants. With all of my repotting, there have also been a few purchases, and it was nice to check out new varieties to look for in the future.

~Taught Essentrics on zoom ~Neighbourhood walk ~20 min rebounding - hooked on an audiobook ~Reclined & seated yoga stretches while listening to my audiobook.....forward bends, deep hip openers, twists, chest openers Lili - Your walk sounds lovely! I can’t say that I find a significant difference between the cardio focused & the strength focused Barre3 workouts. Cleda - Those hip openers do feel pretty good! Waves to all!
