23. XTRAIN: Cardio Leg Blast. Omg, 103 temp today. I didn’t have the heart to look at the heat index. Ugh!
24. PFS: Pure Cardio + LEE HOLDEN: Qi Gong For Healthy Joints (short version). Another scorcher of a day.
25. XTRAIN: Biceps & Triceps
26. rest day…. It rained like I have never witnessed before. A record breaking 10 to almost 13” total, within a short time frame. A lot of flash flooding in some parts of my city and surrounding cities. Lots of property losses.
27. XTRAIN: Legs (standing, ball & chair, floor). P.M. JS: 6 Mile Mix, Speed Walk
28. PFS: Cardio Strength 2. Used lighter weights to keep this more cardio, like AOLIH.

30. XTRAIN: Cardio Leg Blast. My workout DVD storage situation was getting out of control. I bought a 5 Shelf bookcase that I put together and then started re-arranging my DVDS. It took about an hour to put the bookcase together but once I started rearranging DVDs and cleaning, I had to make myself stop after 4 hours. Still lots to do. I like the look of the new bookcase so much that I’m going to buy another and rearrange everything in my workout room/basement office.

I hope everyone had a nice Fourth of July holiday. We didn't celebrate because we were in Scotland. We returned a couple of days ago and I'm still dragging. I had a trip planned in March 2020 that was split between Scotland and Ireland. Unfortunately a day after arriving, the travel ban was announced. Our guide and hosts decided to be safe and have us return immediately. Apparently it was a difficult time to get flight changes and they were afraid we would be stuck. It was my shortest trip to Europe. I think I was there a day and a half. So this year I had a trip to Ireland in March and this trip to Scotland. I've finally completed the trip I started in 2020!
