Oh good, Bubbles! I hope it helps. I bought them from her a long time ago and have done them a few times and actually like them. I have so many dvds, though, that's it's hard to make room for each one.

Yes. I remember I happened to be up really, really late (or early? Depends on your POV) and MetaShred was posted. I deliberated for about 5 minutes before I snatched it up. I'm glad I did. Of course, knee problems have prevented me from trying it out, but I'm determined. I also got Misti Tripoli's dvd-r set that way. I haven't seen that one on eBay again.
