Thanks for posting! This looks FANTASTIC! Apparently the pre-order starts tomorrow (per the conversation thread on Tracey's FB page). It's already listed on her store page: http://fitbytracey.com/shop/index.ph...ewCat&catId=14

This AND the new Cathes...consider me caved on both - LOL
maybe not exactly tomorrow, but definitely during the respective pre-sales of both. We probably won't have to wait that long for Tracey's since she's already filmed them!

I'm a bit confused about the use of that suspension thingy for a workout that's supposed to be for a home exerciser? Does anyone have a setup like that in their workout area at home? Have I missed something?

I hang mine from the pull up bar on my squat rack. But if you have a sturdy pull up bar on a door, couldn't you use that? I'm just hypothesizing...

I luv, luv, luv Tracey. Some of her workouts rank among my favorites -- Steady State Step, Hi/Lo Med Ball -- and I like her goofiness, cuing and intermediate choreo with advanced athleticism.
But I'm just not sure about this one. It looks kinda boring. The participants don't look like they are having a good time. The whole thing just seems chaotic to me.
She's surprised me before. Workouts that first seemed to be (and were reviewed as) stinkers end up being hidden jewels. Honestly, I like every DVD I have of hers.
I'm conflicted.
