I really like her 10-Minute Solution Kickboxing and Buns workouts. I might pick this one up as well.

I consider myself to be advanced/high-intermediate and I felt plenty worked out after the 50 minutes.

Jessica is so cute that she manages to make those cheesy "come on, soldier!" etc. lines bearable for me, though indeed, they are pretty bad. I like how she pulled off: "You are dismissed!" at the end of one section.

This does look good and I like Jessica but I'll admit I NEVER use any of my 10-min Solution videos () so prob wouldn't use this either.
There's just something about that format...

I agree, the w/u's & c/d's on the newer 10 MS are MUCH shorter and more bearable than the old ones. I have the 2 mentioned above and Amy Bento's Hot Body Bootcamp and these are all a higher intensity than the older 10 MS I had and the w/u's and c/d's are much shorter. IMO 10 MS w/o's are MUCH better than they used to be.

Thanks for some more reviews of this dvd. I enjoy Jessica in her 10 ms quick tummy toners so I am sure I will be getting this one. Maybe I can hold out and they will even have it at our Walmart?? Thanks again, Pam.

Ok, it's been 2 days, and my bum, inner thighs, chest, and triceps are STILL sore from the 3 segments I did. This one is a keeper.

Thanks so much for the reviews! I caved and ordered this one. Now I'm having patience issues while I wait for it to arrive...

I did Jessica's Knockout Body today. I really like her 10MS workouts!!
