Elastic Fitness Bar/ Bodyblade question

I have pain in my left arm (in the upper section). It is a while after the vaccination ( Covid-19). I do no train therefore with weights anymore. I got 3 times a vaccination. I was afraid to do it in a different arm because I sometimes have pain sleeping on my left side and I still do want to sleep. If I massage the arm it goes away and after sleeping it is back in the morning. Sometimes it wakes me 1 time in the night when I turn on my left arm.
I go one time in the week to my acupuncturist who massages my arm too.

Did this happen to anyone?

I read about people who workout with a Elastic Fitness Bar with High-Frequency Vibration. Did anyone bought something like this to do revalidation.

Please let me know what you think.

Hi Nelly - Happy New Year!

that product looks like the Body Blade, but that Elastic bar looks so much cheaper. I've tagged this thread with "Body Blade" so that you can see other threads on this type of device. I own the full-sized Body Blade version - it's around 5' tall.

my son's physical education (PE) teacher used this in one of their teaching units for about a month, and he said it was good. it's especially good for people who want to do UB work with something else instead of dumbbells or push-ups. you will feel it in your core/abs.

link to Body Blade:

as you can tell by the older VF threads in the tag, Body Blade has been around for a while. they have shorter ones for cardio. they also have DVD workouts and you might find them on youtube.

Hi Jeannine,

Happy New Year to you too.

Thanks for your answer

I first saw the Flexibar on a side on Germany:
Also on Amazon. https://www.amazon.nl/gp/product/B01...IB6FGNHAD&th=1

Then I read on a German side that this was better and found it on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.nl/gp/product/B01...0YG9UFON&psc=1
The difference is this one you can make heavier by adjusting weights.

I think now after reading I will go for the body blade or the adjustable ARTZT vitality Bioswing.
There is also the same one on Amazon only more expensive:
https://www.amazon.nl/gp/product/B00...LVLXG6BZ&psc=1
There are good reviews here.

Is this the one for cardio?

Which one does the physical education (PE) teacher of your son use?
Which one do you advise. Does anyone has experience with the short Bodyblade CxT Kit or is the Bodyblade Classical.

Does anyone else have opinions or experiences.

Please help me out. I really need my arm to get better. Thank you so much.

they used the 4' long (corrected length from my earlier post) version. son thought it was OK and surprised to find out that i owned one!

i used it a little when I first got it. you do get a good workout. now that there are free workouts on youtube, i should give it a shot.

I never got to try the shorter one (40 inches), but here's an article comparing the differences between the 2:
