I did Firm Cardio today. I bailed at the end and skipped the abs and table work, but overall I really enjoyed it. I am really on and off with my Firms and cannot really do them exclusively anymore but I know better than to ever get rid of them because while I may not always be in the mood for them, I always go back to them at some point.

Today was CIA 2302 from 2003, Rob Glick, Amazing Step Styles. I haven't done this is years and years and years. It was pretty dancy, but Rob cues really well. The music is good, the choreography is fun, with moderate intensity. I had a lot of fun.

Before bed I did a section from the Yoga Zone "Meditate" DVD (1998) with Alan Finger. He has such a calming voice and demeanor.

In the last couple weeks I have done the arms segment of Quick Fix Stability Ball, all sections of Quick Fix Pilates Abs, and am working through Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates.

Yesterday I did Crunch Cardio Salsa and today I did Buns of Steel Total Body Fat Burner. I still enjoyed both, all these years later!

I forgot to mention I did Taebo total advanced#4. Lots of red carpet but a medley of different kinds of folks as background exercisers that made me smile. Plus one hour of steady state cardio.. can't find that kind of workout much anymore!

Louise that's a great idea to break into two days.

Recently, did Firm Bust and Butt with my daughter and it worked well to adapt to her level.
She didn't like Tamela or care for the music but still enjoyed the workout. She said she reminded her of the mean dance moms who "smiles." So we blasted our music, and I modified a few things that I don't care for like subbing inverted rows for some of the pushup sequences and eliminating upright rows.

Felt like some Pilates so alternated Kathy Smith's two Pilates workouts, one for abs and the other for lower body. Glad I hung onto these.
