, I'd suggest watching Millionaire Hoy's youtube channel. He has a lot of uncommon moves that don't seem odd - although some weird stuff is good for the brain.
Also Cathe's new Metabolic workout and her Upper body ICE workout. Her ICE bootcamp workout is not a intermediate workout and is a bit on the absurd side- it isn't even low advanced.
And kickboxing moves can be a nice change of pace.
