Workout Monday was Jessica Smith’s 10 Minute Dance Walk, Cathe’s Lower Body Add-on, and the first stretch from Cathe’s Total Body Stretch. Yesterday was Imax 4 Step Combos Only and Cathe’s Upper Body Add-on.
Today is our 31st Anniversary. Where does the time go? 😉
