Oh my I better finish off that Advent calendar, LOL. I am half way there.

I have to say - incorporating Lucy's workouts has been giving me more core and lower body strength. I was amazed at the gym yesterday. I honestly didn't expect short workouts would help that much, I mostly use her for mood lifting and getting my steps up. Thanks, Lucy!

Pat - I sort of fizzled out on Day 18 from the Advent Challenge but I was pretty good up until that point. I did skip some of the longer workouts.

That is great that you saw improvements from doing short add ons w/ Lucy - I am inspired to do the same. Most of what was on the Advent Calendar was under 15 min - so really easy to do as a mid-day or end of the work day workout.

She definitely works the side body more than I am used to -- I was sore in the beginning. I told a friend of mine who is usually pretty bored by fitness videos about this challenge and she ended up so hooked! Something about Lucy makes her want to keep going and she doesn't get bored -- by "keep going" I mean that my friend would do the one for the day and then she'd keep doing a few more Lucy's. She really enjoyed it. Thanks again to the OP for the pointer.

Agree, there's just "something about her" that motivates me. I like that once you get her M.O. you can do the workouts with no sound at all or sub your own music.

Oh no....I am SO behind on the Advent Calendar - I just did day 8 last night.

I find her work-outs to be no-dread.....now if I could just get my cat to stop snuggling up next to me around 4AM and making me oversleep......
