Jenilu - Thanks for posting that channel, I strung together a few of the short segments today and it was a lot of fun. I wasn't sure how it would be to workout w/ out verbal cues but it was fine - if you get lost you can just do your own thing - it was nice to enjoy the music this way! I'm going to try to fit the longer workout in some time this week.

That Christmas Walk was pretty fun -- I did about fifteen minutes of it yesterday. I don't understand the ones that claim to be Christmas workouts but don't have Christmas music. Is it just me?
