Great job MT!

I missed my goals by 5 pts. Keeping up with water hydration was hard. I was off by 1 glass a lot.

Thanks Vannie! I plan on making massage an extra point w/goals. It is really sad that covid disrupted so many businesses.

Ended the month pretty happily. Had just one goal - every day, and only missed 3 days entirely, and just one was thin (just a walk).

Missing by 5 points is not bad at all, Katie! I've noticed smthg interesting lately. When I workout I fill a 30 oz Yeti with water and drink through a straw. My usual glass is also 30 oz. It somehow feels easier to get my water in if I have 2 glasses and one Yeti. No idea if it's a mental trick from visual variety or what, although I do think I drink faster with a straw.

Helen, great job! I decided earlier this year I was going to shoot for 70% of the days in a month to workout. I would love more but I know for me every day is never gonna happen except for dog walks. And Cyric can't go to my FIL's with us so no dog walk there and I usually end up being a complete slug. I figure as long as I keep trying I am ahead of a huge part of the general population!

Vannie, I need to figure out some mental trick that will help too. I reduced my goal by one glass and I haven't even made that the last 2 days. Hmmmmm.

Katie, for me having cold water helps. Might be another reason the Yeti helps. My base goal is 80 oz a day, more if I run or hike. I am usually above that or at like 76, but that includes my 8 oz coffee too, and if I have herbal tea or 100% juice.
