I was going to workout yesterday, but my PMS was so bad and I was tired so I took a nap instead. Sometimes you just have to listen to your body!

I made it. But those single leg hip thrusts were killing me!
B. Syuki- 12 minute walk at home workout (Oct. 3, 2020) I just needed to move my legs a bit after all that glute work!
Gigi- I worked in education for many years, but in the administrative offices (worked in HR and business office, also the principal's office). I always said the hardest working employees were those that worked in special education. Bless you for working in that field!
