Yesterday I did a short strength practice (which is the norm right now!) from Lift with Cee followed by 2 different yoga practices, a short flow from Kate Vantucci Yoga and a short neck and shoulders practice from Yoga with Olga.

Sandra, how frustrating! I worry whenever I feel those little tweaks in my low back because I do NOT want to have an episode again. I hope you are able to head things off.

Linda, hope your headache improved. You are really getting back into the swing of things exercise wise!

cyana, I love your February theme!!! We've had a bit more sun here, which is great, although prepping for bitter cold tomorrow.

Hi Paine!

Good morning all! The leg kicking started again last night. I rubbed my leg down and massaged my feet with lavender lotion, and it calmed down enough I could get to sleep. I wonder if it's nerve impulses from my hip issue, which has been sore? I follow up with the ortho Monday and have a lot of questions.

Yesterday I did:

~ GYM for 20/15/10 arc trainer, recumbent bike and treadmill
~ SarahBeth Deep Stretch Neck & Shoulders
~ 6,390 steps

Sandra, oh no! So sorry to hear you tweaked your back. Lee's Qigong for Back Pain is perfect for it, I hope it helps you get better quick.

Waves to all!

Pat, do you have Restless Leg Syndrome? I've had that a few times and it's annoying.

Beth, my strength workouts are usually under 30 minutes, so they aren't that long.

cyana - there's a fake Cubii called Ellipsefit. The rotation is bigger and so is the price. Too bad it looks cheap.

Beth - I still have a headache but I worked back and biceps last night because I could. Now that the pain is gone and I can use my wrist for almost everything, I can do some of what I want. I'm rethinking getting the right thumb and shoulder fixed to get rid of the pain. Too bad they can't fix them both at the same time.

I don't know what I'm doing today other than hand therapy and laundry.

Hi!

Today's "Workout": My Thursday shift at the food closet. My back is doing better but stiffens up some when I sit for long periods, so being up and moving around felt fine. On Friday I may be ready to try yoga class again -- will wait to see how everything feels tomorrow.

Beth: This tweak wasn't too bad, but like you I've had some bad ones that really incapacitated me, and I don't want to go there again.

Cyana: I like the "Join the Resistance" theme also!

Linda: That's great news that you can use your wrist again.

Pat58: I like how you used lavender lotion and massage to soothe your leg.

Waving to all!

Testing the waters, I did upper body with a body bar. The dr said I'd probably never be able to use a straight bar. I didn't have a problem with it. Happy! Happy!

Jessica Smith YT – Fit in 15 - Workout #18 Upper Body Burn AND
Yoga with Bird, Everyday Yoga Stretch to FEEL AMAZING!

Today:
KCM’s Muscle Up – Legs/Glutes premix
Yoga with Joelle, 10 min Beginner Yoga for Full Body FLEXIBILITY
This yoga was nice overall and especially because it gave me an opportunity to use my strap for a couple of moves (a single leg stretch and arms in cow face pose).

Sandra: Sorry to hear about your back, but glad you were able to recognize it and and make sure you didn't do anything to make it worse. And yay for having a go-to practice to coax it back to normal!

Pat: Hope you get a solution or some answers for the leg kicking soon.

Linda: You are making GREAT Progress!!

Waves to all!

TGIF all! I will have to catch up later - I had a frustrating day yesterday where I had to reload all of the music on my phone and lost all of my playlists that I use for yoga. Long story short, I hate itunes!!! I might have to spring for a Spotify subscription.
