Thanks! I've been doing sets of on the minute swing based on Tracy Reifkind's instructions, but found that I really need something to watch or my mind starts to wander and form suffers or I lose count. This sounded like a good option with the mix n' match segments.

I'm not sure when Mary's sale ends, but I went back to purchase Mimi Kuo-Deemer's 3 DVD Qi Gong set. It was reviewed well on Amazon (along with her basic and flow workout set) so decided to give this one a try. Some beautiful outdoor locations is always a plus!

I got dressed up drills and hi.lo recharge. I don't need either and had to have both. Oh boy! Lol
