Thank you for posting about this workout; I did it today. It was a nice change of pace. I have to modify to low impact right now & this is a nice change of pace. I do think some of the moves were a little awkward to do low impact, also there was not a low impact modifier for the whole workout, at tines, Michelle just demonstrates the low impact a few times, then goes to the high impact version.
Anyway, I had fun & want to try the other workout listed in this thread. BTW, it seems Michelle has a lot of Piyo workouts, for those interested in that type of thing.
