That 45 min one did sound bad, those are short intervals if she doesn’t add a little extra time for transitions. I gravitate to shorter workouts, 30 min or less so I can string a few together. It works with my exercise ADD.

I remain very fond of the Reps to the Rhythm Lad. He has interesting moves and can crank it up a notch with the danciness. I like that.

I really like him, but some of his walks are full of ad interruptions. I just put the AdBlock app on my tablet. It hasn’t completely eliminated them, but it has helped.
