Yoga steaming suggestions please

Hi,

A friend of mine had to stop taking yoga classes in a studio and is looking for an online streaming service she can join.

Do you guys have any recommendations? She likes a variety of yoga types, Hatha, Gentle, etc....

Thanks!
Tina

My favorite is Movement for Modern Life, it has lots of variety and excellent instruction. They have a 14 day free trial.

ETA - I got in on a discount code last year, 50% off for life, but I don’t know if they still have that one, it was a winter sale. You would have to google search it.

Is she familiar with Yoga with Adriene on YouTube? She also has a subscription service.

Read the title of the thread and thought it was about Bikram yoga.

I have tried several sites.
I like lots of instruction.
My favorites are:

https://udaya.com
(I like Jules Mitchell, Vytas, and Caley Alyssa. Many good instructors)
https://www.alomoves.com Also has Caley
https://yogainternational.com

Yoga International offers nice deals around Thanksgiving.
All offer trial periods.
They all also add new classes frequently.

Big fan of YogaDownload.com. They have a pretty good collection of free practices and have some good subscription deals for Black Friday. I subscribed about 2-3 years ago at $60 annually and will keep that price as long as I don’t cancel.
