Thumbs up Video Link: Top 3 Exercises for Osteoporosis or Osteopenia

I was browsing on YouTube and came across this video. The info is good, but the best part is that these guys are funny! (For physical therapists.)

Thank you for the link! Excellent video! These guys are funny.

Their demonstration using the skeleton of the spine to show why forward flexion is not good for those who have low bone mass is so on point. As someone who has osteopenia, this is why I don't do crunches.

Their other videos look good also; I'm subscribing to their channel.
