Hi!
I just thought I'd pop in to say hello! I have committed to walking everyday for the month of June. I have only missed Sunday so far. We had our porches and outdoor areas pressure washed, and so there was a full day of moving and cleaning = 12000+ steps, so I felt okay with that.
I've received my STS 2.0, and I'm excited for it, but I won't start it for a bit. I may add some of the abs/stretching from it. I'm also looking at Job 1 Hybrid to add to my walks (20 minutes - 10 minutes strength & 10 minute cycle).
