Good morning all! I was sore from gym and my standing PT exercises yesterday, therefore kept it simple:

~ K's FBFM challenge day 3
~ Full home PT minus upright exercises
~ 3,176 steps

Beth, that is such a sad story. Unfortunately it happens a lot.

Hi!

Monday's Workout: Body Pump class at my gym.

Had a nice conversation with one of the instructors after class. I asked about the pool, which looks ready to go but is still closed. I learned that they had to replace the gas heater for the gym, as it wasn't big enough, then found out they now have to replace the gas line as it is now too small for the new heater! Seems this should have been figured out during actual construction, but oh well.

Will hopefully get in something stretchy later today.

Pat58: How scary re your DS! I'm glad he wasn't seriously injured.

Quick check-in. I took yesterday off for an eye appointment because I always have a bad reaction to the drops and need to rest with my eyes closed after. Before that I did:

~ Kassandra's FBFM challenge day 4
~ Jessica Valant's Hip Pain Relief Exercises for April hips challenge
~ 1,905 steps

Quick hello to all! It's been a tough work day - no student crises (thank goodness!!!), but we've unexpected lost our Zoom license and are scrambling to fix/find a back up for our telehealth appointments.

ETA I enjoyed a lovely 90 min massage this afternoon

Beth - Technology issues sure can cause chaos, hope you get Zoom straightened out.

Pat - Ugh, I hate those eye exams where they use dilating drops. How is your PT going?
