Allie, body pump is sort of fast pace weight lifting, I like the music, and it’s a series of squats, deadlifts, clean and presses, lunges and bicep curls, push ups, chest presses, overhead presses and crunches. Les mills on demand also offers kickboxing, steps, toning, biking, barre, stretches, hiits…
Your yard work sound like great functional exercise already.
