Hilliard Studio Method

I was going through some videos I had purchased via Vimeo and I had completely forgotten about Hilliard Studio workouts! Does anyone still use them? I actually came up on them looking for something else I had purchased years ago.

I had two of their DVDs that I had not done in years. I gifted them to Bubbles recently. Have you tried them yet?

I’ve tried them and thought they were tough! I think not having the physical dvd makes them out of sight out of mind for me. I was sick twice last year and it kicked my butt out of my fitness routine, so I’m slowly clawing my way back. These are a must when I can add in tougher stuff.

I recall they were tough. The style is not my favorite which is why I think I only did them once.

Yes thank you! I previewed them, but was hesitant to try the lower body portions because of my knees. I'm very impressed with the upper body though.
