Kendell Hogan Peak Performance Sculpt (compound exercises) (20m)

Bob Harper Pure Burn Super Strength:
Workout 2 Beginner Strength (20m)

(Due to some body aches, I decided to do 2 easier strength workouts using lighter weights (5 lbs dumbbells). Of the 2 workouts, I preferred the workout with Bob Harper. An excellent, straightforward strength workout.)
