I really like all of the Margaret Richard workouts that are filmed outdoors - so Good for You, Triple Threat, Unplugged, etc. All can be broken into 30 min segments - I think in general she splits upper/lower - but all of her DVDs are chaptered, so you can really mix and match and make your own workout for each day.
Oh - I really, really like Beauty to the Bone - not filmed outdoors - but I love the standing leg work - reminds me of barre. I think someone had said Margaret had dance training. I can see that, she is very graceful.
I also think the floorwork on her 'getting better' DVD is very good!
