Thanks for all the replies. I am eating more and still losing. I am actually drinking less than normal. It appears it may be my thyroid - I has it checked two weeks ago and all my numbers were bottom of range. I had it checked again yesterday And all my numbers are top of range. The stress has thrown my body off balance it seems. I manages to do a firm workout today that was just the right intensity - power sculpt with Allie - the one with the stick. It's not hard but I will stick with this one as well as the Ta beginner mat.
Also I know someone asked how much I did to lose the 50 lbs. it was TA meta and then Continuity - 6 days a week, MS and 20 min cardio each time
