Hope you gals are relatively unaffected by any storms.
Looks like I'm already out of Kassandra's challenge. I followed her as far as the child's pose (ex1) and rejoined at the eagle arms (last ex)! Vannie - Considering how much you like pilates I'm honored you would have tried to put up with it to help me.  Helen - Your pup is adorable!
