Paul Katami

A lot of raves about Paul...which is the best one to start/easiest? Most interested in his kettlebell ones.

If you're not familiar with kettlebells you might get his new one for beginners that is due out Dec. 4th I think. Preview clips look pretty good.

Erica, if you're new to kettlebells, Paul Katami is releasing a new Ultimate Kettlebell workout for Beginners. Mary totafitnessdvds.com and Collage are showing it in "Coming Soon" section - Dec 4. Collage has a clip up, and I am soooo buying this dvd! I have several kbell dvds, but I would consider myself a beginner, and I'm really looking forward to this one.

I'm sure others will chime in with their recommendations.

If you don't want to wait, Kettlebell Drills is a good one. It has a tutorial and is the one Paul recommended to start with (before his new beginner one).

while i really like katami's workouts.... i would most definitely NOT recommend his kettlebell ones if you are needing a dvd that will also teach you form. if i remember correctly, he learned/got his "certification" from the same place jillian and bob got theirs.

if you already know proper form, then i'd say it's ok to do katami's kettlebells... otherwise start out with someone like lauren brooks or AOS.

This is very true. In which case I agree, AOS, Lauren Brooks, Skogg...

I also agree. And might I add, I love Skogg! Have had the set since it first came out, and never tire of the workouts.
