A tip for taking a bath: My thermostat is also set at 64/65. I have a small space heater that I used for camping. I now use it in my bathroom when I take a bathI set the portable heater for 70/72. Here's a link to the one I bought, or the closest there is. Mine said pemf where this one says negative ions. I don't know if the infrared or pemf are just hype, but the heat is absolutely scrumptious, and I like the whimsical feel of the mat. It helps a lot when my back starts getting achy, like when pressure cleaning the fence which I've been doing almost daily the last couple of weeks. It has an honored place in my workout room.

Doing an intense for me workout. I’m limp and relaxed afterwards. In the evening, stretching or yoga, and using my massage bar afterwards.

Reading a cozy mystery or watching a comedy show. Sometimes a British mystery on Acorn TV. If I wake up and can’t go back to sleep, sometimes deep breathing helps.

If I’m home in the afternoon, a mug of decaf coffee and some dark chocolate, curled up on the couch. And then I take a nap.
