I ordered Simply Stretch, and it came in early - yay! So far I did the wall stretch and the workout stretch - both are really good. The wall stretch is fantastic, really got in some nice long unique stretches. The background is so soothing and peaceful. My body needs more attention to stretching as I get older, and these will fit the bill perfectly for me.

I think it's interesting that I type "Jessica Smith Lift" into Amazon and it fills in "Jessica Smith Lift & Shift" but nothing shows up. Same with Google. All I know is that it's a 12-week system, per her Facebook group.

I suspect that's because we've all been searching for it with that search term about 10 times a day. I know I have.
