The Firm Weighted Cardio Gloves kit w/DVD

I know this one came out a while back. Has anyone seen this kit while out and about? Is the DVD alone worth having? TIA

Amazon has it, but it is pricey - $39.95. I love the workout itself!

The workout is fun but I wouldn't spend more than $15 or $20 (for the DVD and the weighted gloves). It is only 20 minutes and has the feel of a Firm Express workout. The gloves are nice.

Thank you for your replies. I purchased this set last month through Hastings. I was excited to find it for $7. When I received it, the DVD wasn't in the package. The box looked roughed up, like it had been previously purchased and returned. I spoke with their CS and they were shocked because it was listed as "new". They sent me return postage and refunded my money. I will keep an eye out for it, but plan not to spend a lot for it.

i had to look this up on Amazon - here's a link.

this is Rebekah Sturkie, and the workout is 20 min long.

was the workout included in any other compilation?

the gloves look exactly like the Leslie, 10MS and Beachbody gloves. i have those, and i wear them "backwards" with the weight part on the inside of my palm so that the weight doesn't shift around. this means you'd wear the right glove on your left hand, and vice versa. this is because the thumb holes are positioned on one side of the glove.

EDITED to add:
VF Review (kit issued in 2010, apparently!)

This is a good, short but intense workout! I am quite sure it is not done in any other "compilation" dvd. It was just a stand alone workout with the weighted gloves. I have used this one quite a bit, If it is possible to get it without the gloves, I highly recommend it.

Thank you for the replies. Sometimes I will do the TJ 20 minute workout as an add on. I think the Firm workout will be good as an add on with a weight workout.

Another fan! I like it a lot; probably do it once a month. As a quick pick-me-up or add-on to strength training.

I have this too and it's a good, solid fun workout. I *think* it was with this purchase that you got to download a quick 10min workout with Rebekah as well, and I like that as well. They are good (and exhausting, in a good way) to do together for a full 30 minutes.

ETA
- FYI the download workout is called "Whole Body Inferno". I wonder if it's still available?
ETAA - Here it is: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x17...erno_lifestyle Apparently it was from Target Toning: Zero in Ten.

On another note, another (longer) pink Firm that I like but is no longer around is Cardio Sculpting Balls which came with two 2lb little handled med balls. It was athletic drill style and had 3 shorter premixes. Fun but tough! http://www.amazon.com/The-FIRM-Cardi...=cm_cr_pr_pb_t
