Undersun Bands

Anyone own Undersun Bands? How do you like? How do they hold up? Or do you have similar bands?

I have had two similar brands I found retail, and we used that rubber-band style in my outdoor boot camp class. I don’t know any of the brands, but the one I got at Dick’s Sporting Goods split at the seam after 3 years. My Walmart purchase has lasted 4 years so far and my trainer has had her collection stay free from damage for 9 years with a lot of use. The moral of the story: Always check the seam before use.

I like to use them for shoulder presses, rear delt flies, rows, and as resistance for pushups. My trainer found interesting teamwork things to do with them by looping two together.

Thanks! Do you feel that you need gloves to work with your bands? Do you find them more versatile or durable than tubing? I am afraid of being snapped in the face or nether regions.

Obviously this would not be funny, but reading the phrase made me snicker. How old am I??? For the record, I also always laugh at the commercial where the little girl is laughing bc her dad said dipstick.

Haha! I have the mind of a dirty old sailor sometimes too

These bands look cool, but the price! However, I read on amazon that they are one big band (no seams) so maybe that accounts for some of the price.
