I understand she may not have info on production, shipping, etc. But I don't understand why she's not releasing any info at all about the workouts (how many, what level, type (walking, strength, metabolic, etc), equipment, etc.

Yes I agree.A few people on on her facebook has asked if these will be DVD and she has not replied to them.Hopefully more people will ask her on her facebook page if these will be DVD ect....I really don't understand why she is not saying anything.I think people just really want more information on these Lift and Shift.
