Your favorite relaxing/de stressing routine

Can I ask what your favorite relaxing routine is?

Do you have a favorite video (like yoga video) you love to follow? Do you have Favorite instructor(s) that helps with de stressing?

Or do you do something else? Perhaps you make a point to have 20 minutes of quiet time with lavender tea, or get a massage?

I feel like i have so much tension, and I want to get rid of it.

I get up very early to have alone time. I drink coffee, write in my journal and do a short guided meditation. Often I do my workout right after. I love starting my day this way. I just feel GOOD.

If I'm stressed or agitated in the day I will often listen to a short guided relaxation or meditation.

Listening to a chick lit audio book & relaxing with some herbal tea, stretching, or going for a walk

I could watch the Golden Girls a thousand times over and never get tired of it! I think one of my life goals is to find three roommates to live with when I get older.

Reading or paper crafting. I got a gel plate for Christmas and I love making prints on all kinds of paper and other stuff - I gel printed empty toilet paper rolls before using them to make something. Mainly, I look for something I can get totally absorbed in and these are the two things that do this for me.

I've picked up some crafting hobbies and I really enjoy them. Learning the basics was pretty simple, but there's a lot more potential there, and that's fun too.

The anti-anxiety 4-7-8 breathing technique has done me a world of good, and I do that whenever I feel the need, but also when I wake up in the middle of the night, it does seem to help me fall back to sleep.

The whole warm bath thing is great, but not one I'm fond of in the dead of winter. If I'm not careful I can wind up getting chilly afterwards, mostly from not being careful enough about getting dry and covering my feet.

I love meditation and yoga, but lately my go-to is The Great British Baking Show. Everyone is so nice, the setting is beautiful, the stakes are low, and you can look at amazing baked goods without gaining weight. What's not to love?
