FreeWalk Across America Workouts from Jenny Ford. And she shared some terrible news.

Jenny Ford is posting her outdoor walking workouts from her Walk Across America project. It seems she will posting all 50 walking workouts in tribute to her eldest son's recent passing.

"With heavy hearts and swollen eyes we share with you a very personal matter, in hopes the tragedy that has struck our family may be prevented in yours. Our oldest son took his life yesterday. These workouts have been a family project over the last 5 years. He was a big part of helping to make them happen. We had big plans to market and sell this one of a kind fitness program but would like to release it free of charge in memory of our son. Take care of your mental health and workout often. ~The Ford Family."

My condolences and prayers to Jenny Ford and her family.

Other than sincerely offering my deepest condolences, I am completely at a loss for words. What a terrible tragedy. My heart goes out to her and her family.

I think I'll do a workout today as a tribute, too. Jenny is such a talented and sweet instructor and I wish her peace in this tough time.
