I used AOS (Anthony), Lauren Brooks, Steve Maxwell etc. I worked faithfully through Anthony's Clinic to learn form. eta: Anthony has a lot of short workouts and videos of form pointers on Youtube - search for 'Art of Strength'. Lauren Brooks has many Youtube offerings as well.

Sharon Twombly CIA 2804 Athletic Step Jam and the Ball Jam Mix. All the exercises are done with a stability ball and will make you cry! But your inner thighs will be happy.
