I really like Walk Your Way Slim! I think it's a gem. Thanks to the 3 levels of modifications she offers, you can pick anything from walking intensity to cranked. Lot of versatility and the variety of moves keeps it from becoming a clock watcher. I think this wasn't well received here when it first came out because people were expecting Leslie's type of work. There is hi-lo but honestly at the most modified level it's just a walking level workout with more variety of moves. The full workout is on youtube for anyone who wants to try it.

You might want to consider the "HIIT" walks, there is at least one in the 30 day set and one in the 21 day set.

Exactly! I really like the different levels so you can workout how you need to for that day. I wish there was more stuff like this available.

I like this one & find it more basic and similar to Leslie. It's one I like to do on my rebounder.
