Leslie Sansone: 1 Mile Walk (with weighted balls) (20 m)
15 minute "fun" pillow fight with my 3 year old grandson

(I'm not sure of the poundage of the weighted balls used in the workout, but I substituted in 3 lb dumbbells)

(I had a really busy day (errands galore), and only managed a 20 minute walk with Leslie)
