I'm continuing with Balanced to the Core's Core Challenge which are all around 10 min. Today was day 3. I think when moves are broken down/progressions are shown. It's great for me to learn those things and as I do the progressions I learn more about where my body's weaknesses are.

Last week I tried to do more challenging workouts: Classical Pilates Intermediate on Monday and Method Precision Pilates on Wednesday. Both were a bit above my ability and I got tired and sore. I took a couple days off and did Brooke Siler's Element Pilates Matwork on Saturday, and that one was right for me at this point.

I wanted to say to Pam that Method Precision Toning has an extensive side kick series for working the lower body. Jennifer Kries does several exercises, and she also does more repetitions that you usually find in most Pilates workouts.

Balanced to the Core's Core Challenge Day 4 of 30. She really gets a lot done in 10 min and not just for your abs.

Not a lot of instruction on these but she does have a guide to go with the challenge with that stuff. This one moved a little fast - I didn't.

Trifecta Pilates 50 min class - roll over and teaser progression. Balanced to the Core Day 7/30 Challenge (just cause they were were already programmed.)

Bad week for me. Only got in 2 workouts because I'm having trouble sleeping, and woke up at the last minute. Also had a lot going on so I had to keep pushing. I don't like to exercise when overtired because that's when injuries happen.

Buffmama, I like the idea of progression for harder moves
