Margaret does a standing version of her floor hamstring move. It's sort of like a biceps curl only you are standing and raise and lower your foot (wearing ankle weights) behind you the way you'd raise and lower a dumbbell in your hand. At some point your leg is at a 90 degree angle and you push your foot back as if you are closing a door behind you. Little pulse moves like that. Really targets the hams. You can do this anywhere without ankle weights.
