Thanks for this, Paula! I am late to the Marcus Irwin party so I'm happy to see that he has released some content.

OMG I've been looking for that one forever! I have Aerobic Engineering (on VHS) but I will definitely try this one. Thanks Paula!

On a side note, I remember the first time I viewed Aerobic Engineering, I could not take my eyes off of Marcus's legs. I want those legs! They look like they could "kick a wall down," to quote VFer bubbles76.

First of all, my daughter reminded me of this feature, which I find to be very helpful when I come across a new channel and am not sure which video to start with. She told me to:
Click "Videos"
Then "Sort By"
Then "Most Popular".
I'm sure everyone remembers to do that. I had just forgotten.

She also told me about this channel, and yesterday I did her most popular video - the "5 Minute Butt Lifting Workout," which I really liked. My daughter loves this channel - she's calm, no silly and endless chatter. Plus, the setting is just lovely. I was skeptical at first, since I thought that it would be geared for the younger crowd. Maybe it is, but so far, so good.l

Negin, I also like going to the Videos section of channels because it allows you to sort by the newest videos first (the main channel pages don't always do that, depending on how the owner arranges them). Conversely, if you want to find the oldest videos on that channel (rather than endlessly scrolling if there's a lot of content), you can sort that way too.

That channel your daughter likes looks good! I'm always looking for 15-20 minute Pilates, so I'm going to try her routines.

Beth, yes, that's what I love to do also!
Hope you enjoy the channel. If not, the great thing about YouTube is that there's always so much more!

BoHo Beautiful Yoga posted this Yin Yoga practice yesterday. I did it before bed last night and was so relaxed! I loved the crystal bowl and Juliana's narration.
