Wonder why I couldn't see this before??

I see in this review that Rob uses a 12-lb bar. Yikes! I have recently purchased my first bar and my trainer recommended that I get a 15-lb. Will that be too heavy do you think? I'm fairly strong, but not in a crazy-Cathe way!

Hmm, I was happy with 8 lbs!

But I need to build up more strength and could probably benefit from challenging myself with 12 lbs. He does some lateral raises, for which I think even 8 lbs is too much, but most of the other "heavy-lifting" moves are one-armed movements that allow the other arm to assist.

I've just started using the Yoga Now set but haven't done it all yet--should I review each practice separately or just as a set?
