What tape do you do for great calves?

I have several tapes for lower body but now my calves gained 1 inch. Can that be muscle? I am doing burn it up from Slim in 6. I also do Kathy Smith Secrets to a lower body about once a week and add in my winsor bun & thigh tape too. Do you have a particular tape that is great for calves?

If you want to develop your calves Irish dancing is the best thing I can think of

I didn't use any tapes to work my calves. They got biigger by using weights while I was weight lifting. In fact it took me over 2 yrs to get them back from looking so muscular. I did that by doing yoga, LB, TBM, & pilates.

Skip the videos and go hiking up and down steep hills. That will give you calves of steel.

Scottish dancing is even better. Its all high impact on tip toe. But I have huge calves anyway so that was an unwanted benefit.

Now people are going to start putting Irish and Scottish dancing on their swap lists.

About a kazillion years ago, when I first started using stepping videos, my calves would get VERY sore.

Running is a natural too. When I've been routinely running, my calves increase in size and definition a LOT (heehee, it's probably the only muscle I've got that's very nicely definied ).

I agree with Alta too. Just try a hike to the summit of a mountain sometime. You'll find out VERY quickly just how strong your calf muscles are .
