Anyone else preorder the Terminator DVD and didn't get it?

I got my Cathe DVD's today! I preordered (and was billed for) the Terminator DVD plus the 3 others. Has there been some delay in shipping the Terminator DVD that I don't know about? I am going to email Step'N'Motion, but I just wondered if this was a common mix-up.

I actually got two (I ordered only the Terminator) and UPS will pick one box up today. I hope, you'll get yours soon.
