Hah, snuck in a workout before I leave for the airport:
Pyramid Upper up-only premix, my "heavy" variation (longer rest before last set so I can go very heavy)
Forearm/wrist work and abs from Slow & Heavy biceps/triceps

Angie Miller's Bedroom Body -- Segments 1-5. Didn't have time for the Booty Burner and Core segments this morning as I slept through my alarm. Luckily the cat acted as my "backup" alarm.

Stretch & Joint Mobility Therapy...

It was just what I needed today... The only thing missing to make it perfect was stretches for the upper body in the last section (static stretches), I added those on my own at the end. But, all in all it was great, I even broke a little sweat.
