Jessica Smith 10 Pounds Down Legs & Arms 46min - Skipped Abs (virgin)
Easy to make this workout easier or harder. A negative - there was hardly any stretching. So I added on 10min of my own stretching.
I really do love this series. Wish my knees didn't feel so bad so I could get into it but even having to modify I figure any movement I'm doing is better than not doing anything. So I do what I can while watching the knees.

Haven't posted any workouts for a couple of weeks due to an injury, not workout related. The first week I was resting the second week I was sooking big time and have finally snapped out of it!
My Friday workout was new to me, x-TrainFit with Karen Gentz upper only. I like Karen. Straight forward no messing around workout with weights. Loved that I could go heavy because it moved at a controlled pace. This will also be a good one for working out along side my DH. Have yet to try the lower body and core segments.
