Update on new Tonique workout

Sylwia just posted a photo of her new DVD cover on Facebook. It looks like it's going to be called "Express: Sculpt 1," which makes it sounds like there will be more volumes after that. I'm so excited!!

Her status update is: "Tonique Express in Progress...hopefully very soon."

I'll see if I can figure out how to post the photo here.

I haven't been using my Tonique workouts for awhile, and miss them!

I LOVE how fast Sylwia's DVDs go from talking about it, filming it, and producing it. Amazing considering how tough her workouts are to boot. Plus, they are always reasonably priced. A huge kudos to Sylwia.

I agree. But then Sylwia can film six hours straight. I probably would have passed out and I definitely wouldn't be able to walk the next day.
