Hi Maybelle,
I don't stream their workouts, but I have most of their DVDs, and I feel they work the lower body very well. They have a pretty standard standing at the barre series for the legs/thighs, and their lower body work has included bridge, table, and pretzel all which really hit the glutes nicely.
